Great location and lovely apartment! Owner was very friendly and kind.

Most important about staying at this property was the communication with the host. He provided transportation from and to the train station. The location was close to restaurants, grocery store, and within walking distance to amazing hiking trails. The suite was clean and comfortable.

If you have large suitcases and need help carrying luggage the stairs to the suite could be challenge. We are in our 70’s and managed.

Spacious appartment on central location, near restaurant an bar. Good for pelgrims. Good communication with owner.

Steps to room with luggage would be difficult with large bags.

The location could not be beat, right in the center of town. Perfect, Very big unit, clean, well equipped, great value for the price

The A/C didn’t work and there was a constant beeping, like an alarm outside the bedroom window that went on all night until the morning

The unit is located right in the heart of Spello. Communication was by whatsapp, and the owner responded immediately. The unit was clean and well equipped for our stay. The premises are owned by the family running the Il Pinturicchio, so if you are relying on Google maps set that as the destination ( as this is where you will collect keys). You can park there for a couple of minutes to unload luggage. We were very happy with our stay in Spello, the town is really quite beautiful. A great deal of spectacular views await!

1. The parking is about 750 metres from the premises. 2. Very steep stairs into premises . 3. Narrow streets made me squirm as I was unfamiliar with the navigation into Spello.
