Residenza San Jacopo

The unit is located right in the heart of Spello. Communication was by whatsapp, and the owner responded immediately. The unit was clean and well equipped for our stay. The premises are owned by the family running the Il Pinturicchio, so if you are relying on Google maps set that as the destination ( as this is where you will collect keys). You can park there for a couple of minutes to unload luggage. We were very happy with our stay in Spello, the town is really quite beautiful. A great deal of spectacular views await!

1. The parking is about 750 metres from the premises. 2. Very steep stairs into premises . 3. Narrow streets made me squirm as I was unfamiliar with the navigation into Spello.

Great location. Felt secure. Easy in and out. Great restaurant downstairs. Good communication prior to arrival.

We were only there 2 nights. It was very affordable. If we were picky the bed wasn’t the best, a bit hard, but that is personal taste. Wasn’t a place to want to hang out and spend a lot of time. Which for our quick trip was fine.

The apartment was nice and unique. The restaurant below was very good. And everyone was pleasant

Central location, close to restaurants and bars

Great, central location. Perfect size for our short stay. Very cozy and cute. Listening to school children sing in the morning was pretty cool!

Climbing the hill was rough-expected but still rough!

It was spacious and close to the town centre. Everything you needed was is the apartment. The restaurant below the property was excellent. We were taken to and from the station by the lovely family members
