La qualité de la literie était incroyable. Le gérant est très sympathique et très réactif. Un petit déjeuner à la carte très qualitatif. Très bien placé en plein centre du cœur historique.

Tout était très bien

Miguel was a very friendly, helpful host. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent with good selection and a variety of fresh fruit. Would highly recommend.

The location of the property is magnificent, just a minute or so walk from the Roman Bridge, it is quite a busy area but the room we had has double glazed windows which opened right up either as doors or tilt backwards, when closed you can hardly hear anything at all. It was more than just spacious it was huge, had a double wardrobe, nice sized TV with plenty of channels and excellent air conditioning. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, so were the pillows. Miguel is extremely nice and very attentive, lovely to talk to and have a laugh and a joke with. Couldn't fault the breakfast, I was expecting just a coffee and maybe a croissant but there were loads to choose from, the weather was so hot that you don't really need anything hot for breakfast but I couldn't resist the ham & cheese toasties along with fresh orange juice and cold water along with the coffee. WiFi was very good. I had been to Tavira a few times before but only for a few hours each time, this time we stayed for 4 nights and I am glad we did, next time I will probably stay longer and will definitely stay here again. Plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk although I do recommend Abstracto (less than a minute walk) which has quite a good and varied menu, very friendly and reasonably priced, and if you like Steak I recommend Astor (Argentinian) Restaurant which is roughly a 10 minute walk, they specialise in Steak, rather more expensive but well worth it, the basic steak consists of the steak, salad and a baked potato (which was enough) but then you can add vegetables and fries which seemed quite expensive but to be fair I didn't see the portion size.

Perhaps instructions on how to obtain the keys should be mentioned (I logged in to Booking.com and just clicked 'contact the property' which gave me Miguels phone number and he was there within a minute).

Beds were super comfy and we got a great sleep. Room very spacious, well lit, and has good working air con. Large bathroom with lovely shower, excellent water pressure. One of the cleanest places you'll ever find.

Que la limpieza de la habitación se hace cada dos dias, que el desayuno es muy simple y monotono, que el acceso al hotel con el coche no es posible.

Das kleine Hotel ist liebevoll hergerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber, eine Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lage ist prima, man ist in der Altstadt von Tavira. Ein paar Schritte Und man findet ein schönes Lokal. Den Abend kann man auf dem Dach ausklingen lassen. Der Inhaber ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Auch bekommt man gute Tips, wenn man in der Umgebung etwas besonderes sucht, z.B. ein gutes Pulpo-Restant in Santa Lucia. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, man kann aus einer kleinen Karte wählen. Sonderwünsche werden auch bedient. Besonders lecker sind die landestypischen Toasts, die nach Wunsch belegt werden. Wir kommen wieder!

Location and Miguel. The rooftop was fabulous. Miguel was super kind with an unexcepted very late checkin.

The room was missing some hooks, bedside lamps and a mini refrigerator. The bathroom was a across the hallway. It was perfect but inconvenient and crazy hot.
