Spacious room with excellent facilities and a lovely easily accessible terrace. Conveniently located near the centre of town and close to the ferry so easy access to the beach.

The location was perfect and the old style of the house was very different but a lovely change from a modern hotel. It was a feeling of the real Portugal.

We opted for the classic room which may be a little small for a stay of any length.

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Tavira. Our 'classic" room was so comfortable and the small terrace outside was perfect for breakfast (provided on the first day, then available to order after that. It was really lovely). There's a wonderful terrace on the roof with tables chairs and sunbeds. Perfect for evening drinks with views over the town and river.

Everything was perfect

This lovely guest house was absolutely great. The location is right near the town square and the ferry to the beach. The area has cafes, restaurants and shops. Rooms vary in sizes some have kitchens, but all include a breakfast bar-like area. Fresh bread, cereal, yogurt and small fridge for you own supplies. They also supply slippers and robes. There is a well-appointed deck on the roof to enjoy the view. The staff is fabulous. They are helpful, kind and go out of their way to help their quests. We loved our stay.

My only warning is the room that views out to town is a little loud. Mainly because of a hatch cover in the road the is run over day and night. Earplugs worked for me.

The host and staff are very friendly and accommodating. The blue room was fantastic. Very spacious and beautifully designed. The terrace and roof top terrace are really lovely. On the rooftop terrace you can overlook Tavira. The location is also excellent walkable to everywhere and it was easy for us to get free parking 3 minutes away.
