Perfect location, nice and clean room

3 very steep staircases to reach room. Recommend for younger travelers. Hard to climb for 2 senior citizens after a day of touring.

It fitted us perfectly, we wanted to experience Italy! The town is what we had hoped for the room loved it right down to the church bells ringing throughout the evening. Nothing like watching Doc Martin in Italian with church bells drowning it out. If you don't like stairs then not for you a decent climb but what ever you do don't miss a meal in the little restaurant down stairs

Had a little trouble finding it, my fault of course, if you want sterile hotel chain accommodation not for you, or if you cant climb stairs also not for you

Very clean and comfortable given the small space, and the hose was very nice

3rd floor with no elevator is a bit tough with luggage

Wonderful host, Giovanni is an excellent host, going out of his way to make our stay in Tivoli fantastic. The location is perfect and the building is full of Italian charm.

Close to villa d’esta, 900 old historic neighborhood when elevators were not invented, so building are 10 foot ceilings with stairs only.

Stair climbing but Giovani, the host, helped get our luggage upstairs.

Great location. Super helpful host.

Better bed.
