for an older traveller like me carrying my suitcase up 3/4 flights of stairs was stressful. last minute booking meant I didn't know the area and felt uncomfortable in exploring.

The host is very polite and and responds really fast.

Room was simple but clean. All we needed for a few days in Catania. The host was very attentive and kept up with us via WhatsApp, also allowed us to check in early. The instructions to get into the building were simple and easy. The location is a 15 minute walk to the centre of Catania.

I think this is the same for all of Catania but the sinks / shower did not drain so well!

We are very pleased with our stay. Mattia was really helpful even when we needed some help with the city. We rocommend it totally and hope to see you again!

The room is amazing, beds are comfortable (even the sofa one). It is clean and everything seems new. The bathroom has everything that is needed. I was pleasantly surprised by the luggage room which is really useful. The fridge is separated in a really convenient way so nobody gets mistaken which row should they use. It is close to the main things in town and also has bakery that opens early in the morning so one can grab a freshly baked breakfast and have it with their coffee. The hosts are really helpful and kind.

Host Angelo was extraordinary supportive, always reachable ( no matter what time we contacted him, he would respond within minutes and ensure we get what we needed). He shared with us a lot of useful information for catania, and most of our sightseeing was based on his recommendations. The room was very modern and clean, bed was very comfortable (we traveled a lot in Italy and most of the times we had very hard beds/pillows, but not so here). Had a nice balcony, facing a quiet street. Shower was very spacious. Location was really great, directly at the market and few minutes from central shopping street and all restaurants
