Dimora del Mercante

It was very central, and whenever I needed something, I just had to step outside and I could find everything.

It had everything! Great location for getting around. Lovely apartment-all necessary facilities, bright, clean and beautifully kept. Ample space and everything in perfect working order. And above all, great service-Angelo was beyond helpful and responded quickly and usefully to all our queries. Top class management.

Slightly run down area, a lot of poverty in nearby Grenoble square but this can be avoided at night and no trouble whatsoever during our five days and nights there.

The Host were very nice. They have been very helpful since the beginning. The location is walking distance from good cafes and restaurants and from everything you need to see in Catania

The building was very old, smelled like mold and was very dirty. The neighborhood is not safe, especially at night. The stairs that are leading to the room are very narrow and if you are travelling with luggage it is very difficult to climb to the room.

My stay at Dimora del Mercante was amazing, Angelo and Mattia have been super helpful since the beginning. My room was clean and tidy, very bright and bed was comfortable. Location is perfect to spend some days around Catania.

Great location, even for those traveling by car, which made everything incredibly convenient - especially as we were traveling with a baby. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for our needs. The hosts were exceptional, always ready to assist with any questions or requests, even if it meant responding at 2 a.m.
