Location was great and so was breakfast. Village centre was close by and I really recommend walking in Balloch castle park.

You could hear everything from next door room.

We had the most amazing time staying here overnight. Andrea the host was cheerful, funny and welcoming. The accommodation was comfortable, spacious, clean and a stones throw from pubs/restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Great choice and the homemade granola and raspberry jab was an added touch 😋. Will definitely stay here again. Thankyou so much for allowing us to stay here. Also great that we were able to get an early check-in, thanks so much.

The hosts were lovely, and very welcoming. It's rare to find this type of family run bed and breakfast now in the UK. It's a home from home, and a quiet location just outside Balloch. The breakfast was the best of our Scotland trip, the haddock was beautifully cooked, and absolutely delicious. The hosts gave us travel tips, and there was tourist information on site. Free off road car parking at the Guest house. There are plenty of pubs and takeaways nearby within walking distance.

Nothing really to dislike, an 11am check out would be preferable, but it got us out and about early.
