Tout était parfait : l'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'hôte. La chambre très belle, extrêmement propre, comme tout l'établissement d'ailleurs. Le petit déjeuner avec un menu à choisir la veille : une option "scottish breakfast" absolument délicieuse et copieuse réalisée à partir de produits frais locaux. Et la proximité du superbe Loch Lomond et du château de Balloch où on peut se rendre facilement à pied. Un grand coup de chapeau à l'hôte qui dirige le tout avec dynamisme, bon goût et gentillesse.

Absolument rien !

Despite arriving early we were greeted with a smile and hot drinks served in the comfortable lounge. The room was fine, clean and we had everything that we needed. Breakfast was good, we opted for the fish option with a small supplement. It was well cooked and fresh. Proper coffee was served. Maybe some extra butter would have been good, there wasn’t enough for the two slices of toast. A small thing and it didn’t alter the fact this was a good value for money stay. It’s well located, just a few yards from the beautiful country park.

Struttura ben raggiungibile che dispone di un parcheggio privato. Il parco Nazionale, il castello ed il lago sono vicinissimi così come svariati ristoranti. La comunicazione con la proprietaria molto semplice e accurata. La pulizia della struttura è ai massimi livelli ma la cosa più appagante è stata la colazione con un offerta completissima sia per la colazione continentale che per la classica scozzese. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

Great location, clean and quiet, great walking to a few restaurants. The host and hostess are lovely. Breakfast was great.

A very attentive and friendly hostess who created a truly homely atmosphere. We felt right at home. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our Balloch Loch Lomond home was a truly special place. The accommodations were comfortable and food was wonderful. What really made it special was Andrea. She took care of us from arrival to sad departure. I wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully you will meet her sweet dog Dexter.
