Villa Lena

Villa Lena is on top of a hill and the suite I've stayed has a great balcony viewing the lake Como. Enzo the owner lives above it and he was very helpful throughout the whole stay. Enzo was very kind picking me up from the train station, showing the pedestrian way to get from the Villa to the Bellano town and bringing me back to the station at the end of the trip. The suite has a lovely kitchen with couch looking out the doors the balcony. The bathroom was amazing. Shower was very strong and good size. The bedroom I would only recommend to put some nightstands with a lamp as the ceiling light is quite strong. Mattress wasn't amazing but wasn't too bad either. I can definitely say that the highlight of the stay was the lovely balcony area close to the kitchen and Enzo as a host. If you are not driving, be prepared to walk a lot or take an uber back to the villa. I didn't and was glad to have a resting day in the Villa before leaving. My legs thanked me.

Just to say something but it's not a complain whatsoever, few things I would prefer, not much noise from grass cutter or works around the house early morning as I wanted to sleep more and as a suggestion I would prefer to have more water available. Mattress could be a bit better but none of the above bothered me too much or have taken the greatness of this place. Congrats Enzo, this is a lovely stay and I would be back another time for sure.

Gradite le bottigliette d'acqua "free" fatte trovare in camera. La camera, fornita anche di phon, ha la porta-finestra che dà sul piacevole giardino. La colazione non è compresa ma nell'ingresso comune c'e' la possibilità di servirsi di caffè, te cioccolata (anche a ore diverse della giornata) e in camera sono reperibili brioches confezionate. Parcheggio auto gratuito disponibile a pochi passi dalla struttura.

Nella nostra camera non c'è il bidet ma un doccino annesso al water

It was far beyond what I expected! First of all the host, Enzo, welcomed us at the train station and drove us to the villa (and also took us back to the station on our last day!). He patiently explained everything in detail — where everything was, how to reach the villa on foot without a car, and he also recommended restaurants, places to visit, and taxi drivers. The villa is located higher up in Bellano, so if you don’t have a car, it’s about a 25–30 minute walk from the ferry. If you don’t like walking too much, you can take a taxi or bus. The place itself has an amazing view, a large garden with seating areas, sun loungers, and a jacuzzi. The room was very clean, and every morning it was cleaned and organized. They also provided fresh towels, water bottles, and croissants daily. Outside the room, there was a good coffee and hot chocolate machine, a variety of teas, a toaster, iron, refrigerator with a water dispenser, umbrellas for rainy days, and bus and ferry schedules. One morning, the host happened to see that we were planning to walk to the ferry and kindly offered to drive us instead. The level of service and care was truly exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised. We really enjoyed our stay and were very sad to leave.

Tiene una vista Fabulosa

Nos gustó todo. Lo que pasa es que si vas por 1 noche queda lejos de todo y no hay buena comunicación. En auto se pierde mucho tiempo en subir y bajar a Bellano e incluso en ir hasta Varena.

Bardzo daleko od jeziora(2-3km pod górę kamienną drogą), google mapy prowadzą w inne miejsce po wpisaniu adresu ze strony booking, w dniu przyjazdu właściciel wysyła inny- dalszy adres.
