The host is very kind and helpful. The room was tidy and cleaned every day. It's clear that the host is trying very hard to make the guests feel comfortable.

Unfortunately, the house itself is very damp, there is a feeling of humidity in the room. Also the room was very cold especially the bathroom. About the location - the house is on a hill, so if you don't have a car you have to climb the hill every day.

Not really a breakfast..the dishes in clean tray was not clean..coffee kiosk was OK.

The heating option very noisy and inefficient.

Our stay in Bellano, by Lake Como, was a genuinely pleasant experience. The accommodation fully lived up to the photos — everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was exceptionally welcoming and thoughtful, even meeting us at the train station and helping with our luggage, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. A lovely surprise was the small touches: drinking water and fresh croissants were provided in the room, making for an easy and enjoyable start to the day, even though breakfast wasn’t advertised. Guests also have access to a mini kitchen and a coffee machine with complimentary coffee. A great place to stay — we would happily recommend it.

El trato, Enzo fue una persona súper amable nos recogió en la estación y después nos dejó dejar las maletas allí mientras hacíamos una ruta.

Me gusto todo.

Lovely location - unspoilt and un commercialised.Had the garden room which had direct access to the front garden for sitting in the sun. The room was comfortable and very clean . Shared coffee machine and microwave . Enzo very kindly collected us from the station and showed where to go and how to walk to the villa on a steep footpath up from the town .

No donkey

The host was very kind to pick us up at the train station and take us to the accommodation by car, showing us the way we will need to walk uphill when we go back on our own. The views are breathtaking, the accommodation is cosy with complimentary coffee-hot chocolate machine and mineral water machine from the fridge. The room is clean, small but enough for 2 people.

Everything was lovely, it was a bit chilly in the room but there were extra blankets, so no problem.
