Quiet, good air con, dark, clean, slept really well. Good shower too

No communal area

The bed was very comfortable, the water flow in the shower was strong and the water hot, the bathroom and the room were very clean.

Even though it was quiet at night, be aware that from early morning there are people coming in and out (I think for the cleaning) and if you have a light sleep you can hear the noise of the keys.

Very clean and comfortable room with a bathroom, the host is very hospitable.

The place was cozy and the hosts are super friendly. Additionally, I really liked the location close to a nice park and to the metro station.

For the Hostal, It is clean, comfortable, warm. Everything in good condition. The location is in the quiet neighborhood and close to the metro. The staff was very nice.

It is comfortable, clean and well located (safe, walking distance to Metro, many cafes and restaurants nearby). Hence good value for money.

The "Hostal" is a converted appartment. Hence the noise-isolation between the rooms is not very good and one can listen to other tenants using their phones and talking.
