GBLovely Homestay with the delightful Maria and her extended family. Located in a gated compound about 15 minutes walk to a couple of LRT stations. Jollybee is opposite on the main road which is handy. Bed is comfortable and shower works well. Maria really takes time to go through everything with you and was always available to answer any questions.
On my the area could be better but I never felt any threat. Just use Grab cars to get around.
PHI like that it's just near the airport. It's in a private village and not so far from the gate. I have my spare keys for the gate and my room. No disturbing noises at night but during my stay, there was under construction building so during working hours expected that there would be noise. Overall, my stay was very good, and slept comfortably. The owner was very meticulous with instructions which is understandable.
There's no chocolate or cookie included as what's written in the website lol
PHThe owner was so generous, stayed at the property for couple of days. The area is near to the airport, restaurant, shops and generally safe to stay. Will book again definitely.
AUThe host Maggie treated us like family and gave much advice for the popular sights. Wifi was really strong too and really convenient location to the airport , Ayala Mall Manila Bay and Baclaran which you can get to anyhwere from. Facilities were great - kettle, fridge, bathroom, shower, aircon and tv. Don’t mind their dog Kobe he’s all bark no bite :)
JPIt takes only 15 minutes or so by grab taxi to reach the room from the NAIA. The room is very clean and comfortable. What I like most is the personality of the owner. She is very kind and tells me what to do, where to go, what to eat, and so on in Manila. Her advise is very helpful. If you are a solo traveler or plan to stay in Manila in a short time, I recommend you this place!
It is a little difficult to find the room for the first time, but the door with the spider-man painting can be a landmark. The dog in the garden barks a lot, so if you don’t like dogs, I don’t recommend.
