Had to wade through ankle deep water because of the rain. Room wasn’t dark because of the outside light. Difficult to get in the compound to check in.

very aggressive dog on the property that barks and tries to attack you whilst foaming at the mouth, if it was not on the end of a metal chain it would rip your face off, and you have to walk past it on your way out, owner and family seem oblivious and say to ignore the dog and that it's really a good dog (crazy!!!), having an aggressive and dangerous animal on the property is unacceptable, air con not powerful enough also and room is very hot

Property is in a gated village/community. The area outside feels a little sketchy. Maria advised using Grab to get to nearby places outside the gated area.
JPThere is a guard at entrance of the area which hotel is located. So security is perfect. The trafic is very heavy in manila, so i choose this room which airport is close. I was surprised because I need to wait for a line for Grab taxi for 50 minutes at airport and it took 30minutes from airport to the hotel because of traffic jam even though the hotel is only less than 5km from it. The room is simple, but i could enjoy smoking at terrace.

PHIt was a really great experience! Must try to visit if you want to roam around Manila bay. The guest are so hospitable and the room is so great and clean with all of the appliances working great! Highly recommend place❤️❤️

AUIt took about 20-30 mins by taxi to the airport. The room big enough, facilities adequate.
I don't understand the high rating for this place. My worst accommodation experience in 6 weeks traveling around Philippines. I chose it cos I had an early morning flight and didn't want to risk the traffic jams coming from the city. The family dog is loud, aggressive and very territorial. They have to chain it up when guests stay. But it goes crazy as soon as you enter the front gate, and as soon as you step out onto the terrace from your room. So that ruled out relaxing out there. Nobody tried to calm it down. The stairway up to the terrace/room is very narrow and unsafe. Carrying large luggage up and down almost impossible. The owner has lots of rules for the guests, and they will be delivered in a condescending dismissive manner. We are not allowed to complain about anything. I felt very unwelcome. The area around there is grim, even for Manilla. Plenty of eating options, all terrible. Noisy, dirty chaotic main road to negotiate. It was a mistake staying here, and I wished I had stayed in Makati and got up an hour earlier to beat the traffic.
GBThe location of the property was really convenient, only 10/15 minutes to the airport. Even being among the city it was really quiet and slept really well at night. Maggie was really lovely, really helpful and talked me through everything I needed to know. Room was spotlessly clean with clear instructions on how to use everything.
