I didn't like the area around, but in a short drive you can get anywhere and the location is very close to the airport.

PLThis is a tidy room with a private bathroom in a standalone building within a single-family house compound. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Many supplies, such as towels, shampoo, and filtered water were provided. The room is located within walking distance of terminal 4 of the airport and it is within a gated community so it feels safe.
The only downside was that the AC is quite old and loud which makes it marginally less comfortable to sleep. Also, because of proximity to the airport, the noise of the planes can be disturbing for light sleepers.
USYou can come and go as you like. It's like living at home. Maria is very helpful and knows her city well. Nice kitty cats. I will stay there again when in Manila.
There is nothing that I didn't like.
