CHThe owner is a really kind person and was so helpful with any question I had and gave me tips on what to do in Manila. The room is big and even has a fridge and private toilet and shower all included. Well worth the money.
Make sure you have a way to actually call the owner when arriving at the airport. I needed to ask the taxi driver and he somehow couldn't reach her, but I also was already late for check-in, so that is totally my fault. Come early, or get in contact via phone, so it's easier to meet.

DELocation is near the airport.
This is a homestay. You need to go up the stairs to reach the room. Please avoid if you have heavy luggage. I had to leave my luggage in the open garage. There was also no one to help carry it to the room. Please also avoid if you need to sleep after a long flight. The choice was between noise and heat. The airconditioner was necessary but it was too loud and it was impossible to get some sleep. I had to wear noise cancelling headphones to get a few hours of sleep before my flight.

regarding your freedom in staying, you can’t go out easily due to no one will open you in the main gate.
