Dodo Japaridze Guesthouse

Walking distance from Seti Square. The host was not able to speak English but managed to communicate via Google translate. Because I was planning to check out early in the morning for minibus to other city, she made a breakfast into lunch box for me!

It was great. Every day host made us perfect lunch box instead of breakfest for our trips! (Breakfest was late for us) Everything super!

Location, communication, hospitality, breakfast(quality), cleanliness(especially shower) help with advices from the host and even help with find a taxi to Ushguli or Challadi glacier.

It was not entirely safe and convenient for travelling with 1.5y.o.: 1. There was big gaps in stairs handle where kid can fall badly and injure himself. 2. Smoking allowed on the property(on the patio) (people was nice and smoked 10meters away when we asked) 3. Breakfast was delicious but it was not included for baby(we have to share ours) on the middle of the stay host added a bit more food for us to compensate that.

Very hospitable place in the old real house of the region. Very friendly host, preparing amazing breakfasts and what you don't eat she will pack for your mountain adventures:) Room was big and airy, no air con though. There's a wifi. Close to central market with restaurants. There's also an open air "kitchen annex" if you want to make a sandwich etc.

Very helpful and kind hostess, cute old garden and terrace with beautiful view, very peaceful and quiet place where you can rest physically and mentally. I arrived sick and left healthy. Plus very generous breakfast.

The host was really kind. She even provided traditional breakfast, and on our last morning at Dodo, she prepared lunchbox for us so that we had a proper breakfast during our trip to Tbilisi. I truly recommend her. We will definitely come back to Dodo next year!
