GBSize of the rooms, staff very friendly & accomodating even let us check in much earlier as we were attending a family funeral.
Just a couple of small things, we noticed the radiator in the bathroom was turned off, we turned it on to dry our towels on to discover there was a leak, so we turned it off again. We also found that there wasn't hot water all day, my brother had a shower when we arrived only to discover the water was cold on two seperate occasions.
IMNice and clean, nice staff but I only had brief contact. Good value for money if youโre on a budget.

USThe best thing about it is the people that work there! They are very kind and helpful.
The buses were not going all the way down there in January. Fortunately, we are able to walk. It was about a 30 minute walk from the main bus drop off point.

The drawers in the bedroom could have been cleaned. The cooked breakfast wasnโt great for the first couple of days but did get better. The staires were quite steep and a lot of them to get to our room.

GBLovely and warm as it was in the middle of February. The room was very comfortable and everything we needed. The staff were very attentive and polite. Hotel was clean. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Nice location overlooking the sea. Everything you need for a nice trip away to the Isle of Man
