disappointed with room, awful view of back of guesthouse from window did not reflect photos on booking.com could do with updating ,there were someone else's clothes in wardrobe entrance to guesthouse open to public , access to lounge was locked in the day so nowhere apart from the room to sit/or enjoy sea room from lounge area

Old fashioned decor, some areas in need of an update, some areas of mold on the silicone around the shower.

GBValue for money was amazing the breakfast was lovely good choice of hot and cold. The tea, coffee ,water and biscuits in the room a real bonus.
The rooms were a little dated but the bedding and the towels were very clean and fresh.
