Super nice location, 100 meters from the beach, refreshing pool, walking distance to town. We love that we had a Kitchenette, bathroom and pool right there. Kids loved it. Family owned wonderful people

The futon was VERY uncomfortable to sleep on. The bill and the estimate were confusing. It’s difficult to find information on buses leaving El Cuyo

The property is new and well maintained. It is also in an excellent location to Centro and the beach. Beds were comfortable and owners helpful.

It would have been nice to have some more seating options on the balcony, not just the table.

Owners live on site and are really friendly and helpful. They were a great help to us helping us out with a lift back from Playa Del Carmen and on to our next accommodation in El Cuyo. Good sized room with great wifi. Cleaners are great and clean the room regularly with towels and linen replaced etc. Outside pool area is pleasant and relaxing. Location is good for access to the beach, town and restaurants. Free coffee available in the morning with sugar and powdered milk. Free drinking water available. We had a great stay for 4 weeks.

Kitchen facilities are basic but the owners are able to furnish you with anything else you may need. Water pressure is a bit low and you occasionally have to wait a few minutes for hot water to flow but as long as you know, its fine.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. We will be back!

New apartments about 3 min walk from beautiful beach, very cozy, clean and smartly organised with mosquito nets on both entrance and balcony door so you can enjoy the breeze during the night and dont need AC, very kind hosts.

everything was great, we should have planed for longer stay!

It is close to the beach and great place to stay, gather, swim and sleep.

It needs An Additional bed side lamp for reading.
