Quiet place under palm trees. Nice patio with served breakfast. Rooms offer a kitchen with everything needed. Beds are very comfortable

The location is PERFECT! El Cuyo is simply magical, and this hotel is a 5 minute walk from an amazing beach. The design of the place is very well thought out, the room was very comfortable, including a hammock, a small terrace where we could put our wet clothes to dry, and windows on both sides so that air could pass through and refresh it, with no need for AC. The shower had warm water, and there is even an outdoor shower to remove sand and salt water when coming from the beach. We travelled with two small kids and they could move around freely and played with the toys that the owners have available from their own child. There is an amazing rooftop where you can gaze at the beautiful night sky in the evening. We loved everything about this place. The owners are a super nice and helpful young Mexican couple who are very welcoming to their guests into their home.

The only thing I can complain about was that the faucet in the kitchen was a bit defective and loose. But this was a minor detail. Just the fact that they integrated small kitchens in each room is extremely convenient. We used it to prepare breakfast. Although if you dont want to prepare breakfast yourself, the hotel offers a very reasonably priced breakfast too.

Very clean and very nice hosts.

The beds were not comfortable. Way too short, very hard. The curtains did not really do a great job in making the room dark.

Very comfortable large rooms. Lovely outdoor space where you could have breakfast or play games. Bicycle and beach chair rentals available on-site. Wonderful friendly and welcoming hosts

I believe that we stayed longer than an average stay. A dresser or somewhere to hang some clothing would have been appreciated.

We spent one amazing night in El Cuyo and really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and ready to help with any information. The room was perfect, big, and clean. Served with excellent Mexican breakfast. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

Very friendly and very clean

Great location, very friendly staff. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. There is a nice courtyard with shade and tables for dining on site as well as a rooftop patio to catch the sunset and amazing sounds of all the birds and wildlife in the jungle. The beach is just 100 m away and you can walk there through the sand roads directly to beautiful, wide open beaches where there are hardly any tourists we will definitely come back to El Cuyo !!!
