"Very bad hotel"

Check in was late, we got there at 3pm, we have to wait till 3 40pm before getting access to chk in

TV remote wasn't working No spare battery for remote No soap in shower No side light or lamp Poor bed

"WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LODGE"

I WON'T ADVICE SOMEONE TO LODGE THERE. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LODGE.

The place is really very bad.Reasons are below: 1. There was no toilet paper to use. 2.The bed i slept on was very bad. 3.The doors were terrible. 4.I couldn't shower in the morning because the hot water was fluctuating. 5.The bed sheet appears dirty. 6.The general toilet was dirty. 7.The phone number on booking.com not working. I actually, lost the money i used in booking RUXLEY

"all in all value for money. the house was very clean but in need of repair"

house was very clean, bed was comfortable pleasantly surprised to find a fridge in the room x

state of repair was not good, especially the bathroom with the missing shower door. other guests were very noisy on Saturday night. Sunday night was thankfully quieter. it would be an idea to have a bottle of water in the room to use in the kettle - saves going through the house with the kettle!
