Reception was very poor. Was handed keys and the person left the property. Did not feel safe or comfortable in staying. Had a feel of a halfway house / dormitory style accommodation. Place was unclean, unhygienic, and unsafe. We chose not to stay and left to book at another hotel, not through Booking.com

Communication was very poor by staff, code to gate was not given. Air freshener in main entrance lobby beeped all night long.

The property was lovely and we had a large room which exceeded my expectation. The staff were lovely and friendly.

Basic, but comfy beds, all very clean, spotless bathrooms. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. It was just what we required for a single night's stay whilst attending a family funeral nearby.

Better curtains that fitted properly. Annoying continuous beep from somewhere throughout the night.

The outside gardens were beautiful and the beds were reasonably comfortable.

Nothing went well. The customer service was poor. There was no communication until we got to the property. When we arrived, we were served by a lady who had a bad attitude and in my opinion she needs training in customer services. When we went to our room we discovered that the lights were not working and I sent my son to enquire ,he came back and reported that she kissed her teeth on him. We were told that one of the toilets on first floor was not flushing and the one flushing did not have lights in so we had to use the toilet in the dark. When we enquired when the light would be fixed, we were told that someone was coming on Saturday morning to fix the light, it appears that no one came because the light was not working until Sunday morning when we checked out. In one of the rooms I and my daughter slept in, the handle was broken from the inside, bedding had stains on them.

The whole place was brilliant the owners are top people and do everything you need lovely place to stay lovely garden couldn't fault this place I would certainly recommend to stay here

The photos shown are not at all like the place! Tiny room, despite it meant to be a double. Dirty, kettle didnt work, loose toilet seat, dirty sanitary product left in cabinet bathroom drawer! Some electric sockets not working! Invisible host. Booked & paid for 3 nights - stayed one. Couldn’t wait to get out!

Close to a supermarket and not far to my destination. Plenty of parking on site

A very compact room with literally a bed, wardrobe, desk and ensuite bathroom. No towels provided. Broken toilet seat. Very thin walls.
