While the pricing is fair and the attention given was good, the staff attitude needs significant improvement. Some interactions felt rude and did not reflect the standards expected in a well-run B&B.

There used to be an older lady who managed the property, and she was absolutely lovely — very helpful, understanding, and willing to compromise. Unfortunately, my recent experience was completely different. I was dealt with by younger staff, possibly a daughter or granddaughter, and the service was extremely poor. They were rude, unhelpful, and appeared to have very little understanding of how to run a B&B. I arrived at around 2:00 pm and politely asked if it would be possible to check in early. This was flatly refused, and I was made to wait until exactly 3:00 pm, with no explanation or flexibility. There was no attempt to help or accommodate, which I found unacceptable. Compared to the previous management, the difference in customer service is disappointing. Hospitality is about attitude and willingness to help, and sadly that was completely missing during this visit.

Easy to park.

I got the general impression that I was an inconvenience in being a guest at this place. When taking a shower the water is either tepid in the evening or just too damned hot in the morning. Needs some adjustment

"A nightmare stay involving substandard conditions,financial fraud,aggressive management harassment."

"Nothing. This was a highly distressing and unsafe experience during a vulnerable time."

"The management is exploitative, aggressive, and entirely lacking in integrity. I was coerced into a £160 cash payment for 6 nights (witnessed by a third party). The manager used 'bait-and-switch' tactics: she promised clean linens and that the heating would be turned off at 10 PM. She failed on both promises. Instead of cleaning, she handed me used, dirty sheets and told me to change the bed myself, despite brand-new linens being visible downstairs. The room is disgraceful and unsanitary. The bed is broken, supported only by a wooden board under an unsanitary mattress. The radiator is thick with dust and missing its control knob, causing a suffocatingly high temperature all night. When I raised these health and safety concerns, the manager retaliated by falsely claiming I had only paid for 5 nights and used the pretense of 'room service' to knock on my door and harass me for more money. Intimidation tactics were constant; the manager locked the front door to prevent my entry and used friends to falsely accuse and threaten me. When I refused to be silenced, she threatened me with her 'boss' and immediate eviction. This is a rogue business that refuses legal receipts and violates basic safety and hygiene standards. Due to these predatory practices, this establishment is unfit for public service and should be closed by Bexley Council authorities immediately."

"Faulty Towers"

This accommodation can only be described as "Faulty Towers" The smell of damp and must Is the first thing you notice. Our room had unidentified stains on the door , wardrobes and floors, the bed was not stabilised put together snd missing and broken slats with no support, it was so bad we actually found it hilarious. We had no bulb in the ceiling light , the shared bathroom was clean and lady was friendly. You get what you pay for in the end , however I would not pay to stay here again!!

Smell, broken bed, lack of light, stains, we only used the accommodation to stay 1 night after moving our daughter into uni after a very long 5 hour drive to London. Tried to upload all pictures but this site apparently doesn't support them.....Odd!!
