Ruxley Rooms

Good value for an overnight stay. Very clean and comfortable

Sorry I reviewed the wrong place before. I was very happy with the room and the staff, the bed was comfortable, there was a lot of storage room in the bedroom, i liked the complementary tea and the little skimmed milk and biscuits ^_^

There was no direct access to a satellite kitchen or fridge, or drinking water, so it was not very convenient to get food or water these things when the shops closed.

the rooms where ok nothing too exciting

Not having a bathroom ensuite did nto like having to walk down the hall to shared facilities.

The appliances in the studio rooms and temperature

How unclear the the pictures are in relation to what you are booking, the miscommunication from the staff. Pretty much everything else except mentioned above. The photos that are shown are not just for Ruxley rooms but for Ruxley studios, don't look for the green garden, you'll never find it, don't expect a spacious room as advertised on Ruxley ROOMS, Ruxley STUDIOS has the kitchen appliances and the spacious rooms, Ruxley ROOMS can barely fit the bed in the room, this wasn't mentioned in the booking description and they tell you when you have arrived. The false advertising is terrible and unfortunately not all staff understood what I was trying to tell them. Due to the nature of the false advertising via pictures and not mentioning what you get in the rooms and what you get in the studios, this place is to be avoided. It would appear to me that they are happy to misguide anyone who books the room thinking they have use of the appliances. And the advertisement says Ruxley Rooms only and has no mention of the studios in the title, this is going to cause many issues in the future, just stay at a hotel, it's far easier and you know what you are getting.
