Lovely and clean , easy to find , car parking was easy enough after Hayley showed us the way around the back, room was so comfy, we had a separate bathroom , so husband got confused and got a little lost, but easy sorted. Breakfast you were spoilt for choice absolutely amazing. Thank you Hayley for sorting the single to a double bedroom without hassle . Definitely would recommend.

Lovely traditional b&b, friendly outgoing owners always on hand, none of this nonsense of absentee owners and keycases, great breakfasts. Hoole is a community of its own with good shops and restaurants, about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Chester.

Only the fact that in September they are selling up and moving to Anglesey. There is an associated b&b called Ba ba in the same terrace.

Parking, location - pubs, restaurants, shops (including Sainsbury’s convenience store, very handy. Friendly, chatty owners. Great breakfast, lovely fluffy dressing gown, basin in room, as had separate bathroom (which was immaculate) kettle with tea and coffee etc.

All brilliant. Bear in mind, this is a family business, understandably they like to have an idea of time of arrival, a bit tricky if unsure of events/traffic etc. However, kept them informed and were there to greet me, Arrival before 9pm I think is preferable, I’m sure self check in is an option.

Accueil très chaleureux des hôtes, chambre très confortable, très propre, au calme dans une superbe maison victorienne. Excellent petit déjeuner britannique, copieux avec des hôtes aux petits soins. Possibilité de laisser sa voiture et de pouvoir rejoindre le centre-ville à pied (15mn) avec une agréable promenade le long d’un canal ou en bus. Conseils de visite avec livret dans la chambre. Les hôtes parlent très bien français.
