The advert was indicating breakfast included but there was no breakfast. Apart from the breakfast issue there was no bath soap ,no shampoo , the coffee was only for dinner and no extra for morning even the sugar sachets were limited to 4 packets only. Bath is facing the sliding door where every body enters.

toilet should have been separated even the bath or shower should also have a wall that is separated from the bedroom.

The manager was rude and black on white racist. The room only had cold water in the shower. This is not acceptable.
