So beautiful and well kept. Very clean and service is perfect will recommend to anyone. We will definitely go back.

Very clean beautiful room. Beds were incredibly comfortable, electric blanket on our bed, smallbheater un the closet that helped heat the room up when we got back late and it was freezing outside. Room was cleaned and smelled fresh everyday. It really exceeded our expectations and was a very pleasant surprise when we got there. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for offering us a very comfortable and affordable stay!

Nothing on the room that we were allocated. Owner is arrogant and rude.

When I booked on Booking.com, the room number/room is not mentioned. The owner is the one who allocated the room, although the amount was the same. The room that we were allocated was too small, and we had to wait for another person to pass in order pass. The room was only cleaned where we were there. When we complained, the owner stated that people have never complained. She can't do anything and if we don't like we look for another place. She also stated that we said her room is like a squatter camp of which we did. All this happened before checking in. The lady is rude, arrogant, and has no knowledge of service. The next day, a friend picked us up, and we forgot the keys on the door, so we couldn't get in. The owner came and said to the guy she came with, "This is the lady that complained and said the room is a squatter camp." Then they asked us why we came back this late. We were not her children to be asked that even we could come back at 4 am drunk to pick our staff. We had to pay for the keys. All in all, she picked a fight from day one when we complained. I don't recommend this place to anyone for people whom are rude and arrogant towards their people.
