The 16:00 check in time. I wish you could make it earlier like others. Preferably 14:00.

The room was big and had good decor... better looking than the pictures.

Breakfast is average at best. We did not get wifi in the room as advertised. Was difficult to communicate with the staff as calls went unanswered and messages not returned while attempting to enquire about small issues.

Nothing. Thapelo was very rude. Gave our room to someone else and told us that he didn’t have to brief us on reason

Staff have the worst attitude. Unfortunately this has a left a bad a taste in my mouth for future trips to Welkom
