The room was beautiful and clean exactly what I saw online

The room is not located in the actually location as it shows online . It should be communicated with the guest prior to arrival that it’s on a separate location ,the security measure to keep the guest safe are zero in that other property while in the main property you cannot access it . We woke up to an open gate in the morning as other guests didn’t close the gate and the property is not monitored for safety.
