The location is good. Walking distance from the station. Infront of the hotel there is a bus station as well.

The check in time cut off at 8pm. During that time it's happened to Shinkansen delayed. Eventually the owner still willing to wait for us.

owner is very nice & welcome. she did a small breakfast for free even there is no breakfast included. they keep the place quite clean. the location is also perfect, around 550m from echigo yuzawa station and also can take blue or orange buses in front of the hotel to ski resorts or train station.

not really unlike, just a bit cold as no heater in the room for the winter time. but all the in needed facilities are provided.

Place is good, hot spring is nice,clean.

Staff is good however the reception is not easy to communicate.
