The staff is kind and friendly. And her English ability is great , all the communication is fantastic. If I visit echigo yuzawa, I will definitely book this hotel :)

The staffs here are vey nice and very kindness

Share bathroom with other guests without shower enclosures, there is only private restroom; furthermore, heater is too small and couln't make the room get warmer
