There behavior is very bad

The room was nice and comfortable and the staff very kind!

The property is average.

There is only one AC for all two rooms, the linens didn’t seem very clean. There were spider webs on the walls. The host wasn’t very welcoming.

Lovely room and property, the best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka.

Beautifully decorated clean room, generous breakfast including egg, sausage, toast, lots of fruit, juice and tea / coffee. Great to have a large fridge in the room as well. Nice garden setting up n a quiet road. Easy walk to the beach and train station as well as a few restaurants although we got a tuk tuk to one slightly further away and right on the beach - catamaran beach restaurant highly recommended.

Room was quite stuffy even with fan / aircon but perfectly fine for a short stay.

Great location, only 5 min to the beach and fantastic restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and family room very specious for the 4 of us.

Bathroom smelled strong

The bed is huge and very comfy, nice breakfast is served and the shower is hot.

The staff are either very shy or cannot be bothered as they did not seem overly friendly.
