Location was perfect, near beaches and town. Easy to walk everywhere.

Everything was as I assumed.

Every thing is perfect I love , even the stuff there was so kind , the breakfast was so wander full, i give them 5 stars for them and place, thank you so much

Avoid this at all costs. Just look at the messages he sends to customers after check out. He made our stay hell every single moment of a 3 night stay. The owner is a greedy jerk who will pester you for payment every single time after check-in (Sri Lanka like everywhere has a payment on checkout policy). Even though the payment is made through Booking.com, he wants the payment in cash so that he can deal in black money. Service levels are atrocious. Rooms are much smaller than what they look like. No cleaning, no extra towels, not even a spoonful of sugar, salt or pepper (even though he gives those in the morning breakfast). Doesn’t even give things in exchange for money like milk for babies. Can you imagine a shouting match 3x in 3 nights in a guesthouse. This is bare-bones bed and breakfast masquerading as a family friendly property.

Really nice hosts, near the beach and the railway station, tasty breakfast. Room was clean and you find there everything you need. We can recommend this place!

Took some finding as a tree was hiding the sign!🤣🌴

They are very detail oriented, everything is super clean and the facilities are beyond amazing!
