Lavish breakfast with fresh fruit as per your choice Helpful and cooperative host Comfortable rooms but slightly small. One of the rooms we booked did not have chairs to sit which made it a little inconvenient. Wonderful location just 5 mins walk from the Beach

Aayu is a great host, very welcoming even though we reached way earlier than expected without notice The breakfast she prepares for the guests is delicious with many local fresh fruits The location is great, just few meters away from the rail station and from the beach

The best place we stayed in Sri Lanka - the most lovely hosts, amazing home cooked meals and very comfortable accommodation. Just a 5 min walk from the beach with lots of great restaurant options close by! Highly recommend!!

Come visit Aayu's villa. You will be treated like royalty. Aayu is an outstanding host who goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Would definetely recommend to anyone. The villa is immaculately clean, European standards. Hot water, aircon, fan all working perfectly. Sheets smelling nice and fresh, soft towels. Breakfast is far the best we had in 2 weeks in Sri Lanka. The bed is actually king size with comfortable mattress. Can't recommend enough. Shortcut to the beach! Ayu also could organize the best river safary in few minutes and we got to see 3 crocos, 4 varans, many monkeys and giant bats.

We had the best stay so far in Sri Lanka for very honest price. Ayu is amazing. A shower curtain would keep the rest of the bathroom dryer and we are not fan of aquariums but this is personal preference.

What a wonderful place. We felt so welcome. The room was lovely and clean, and we had a quite large outdoor private area. The host is very friendly and serviceminded. She recommend the best restaurants and made good deals for us for tours and transport. The guesthouse is in a quiet area not far from the most wonderful beach you could imagine. You just have to go down the road, cross the railway at the station and go through the park....We highly recommend a stay and would gladly return of we came to the area again

We loved everything! This hostess is house-proud and it shows. Spotlessly clean and comfortable with so many details in the room to make you feel welcome. Amazing breakfast. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

The host was fantastic..she was very welcoming very helpful..sorted out our laundry gave us advice on where to eat and what to pay for things..arranged tuk tuk whenever we wanted..came for 2 nights stayed for 4!! She even painted my toenails for me when I asked where to get them done locally. Short walk to fantastic beach and even shorter to a selection of restaurants. Such a clean beach and not overcrowded..good sea with no steep descents. Overall I loved it. Ps amazing friendly German shepherd dog who deserves a mention

In Srilanka everywhere I've stayed they dont service the rooms daily. This is still lanka as a whole and not a reflection on Aayi's guesthouse. I know she would if I asked but I didn't.
