Well, only two days after booking and paying for my stay (for two nights) big news of heavy flooding in the area hit and I was advised not to travel to the area. My other hotel on the coast was cancelled (so were my trains) and I had nowhere to go, and my friends couldn’t travel to the area to meet up with me for my birthday. Therefore (being a solo female traveller) I desperately wanted to book an earlier flight home, but this accommodation was the only one not letting me cancel and have my money back?! Even though I politely asked them (many times) and explained that I was too afraid to keep travelling the country after the flooding hit, even though I explained I was going to be alone in a foreign country on my birthday cause my friends and family couldn’t come, even though I contacted booking.com that said during these circumstances I would be right having my money back and even though my other hotels let me cancel and were super friendly and understanding to my situation. These people running this place are clearly more interested in getting peoples money instead of actually caring for their guests. Due to not letting me cancel I couldn’t afford to book an earlier flight so had to stay there and celebrate my birthday on my own (as a solo female girl). Was such a heavy day for me and the people running this place clearly did not care. Also got woken up early every morning from the trains and having such bad sleep due to the refrigerator being super loud in the room. Would not recommend to anyone and am actually feeling super sad people can be that greedy.

Host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything needed, including an iron we requested. Room was clean and shower was great.

Property was slightly out of city centre but fine if you have a car. Street parking in the area however was very limited and the property itself has no parking.

What a lovely place, very clean , the owners were unbelievably helpful, couldn't do more.

Room located in a quiet accommodation, and with the good support provided by the hosts. It is slightly far from the center of Bologna, but there is a bus 100 meters away that takes you to the center in 20 minutes. There is a train line very close by, but it didn't bother us, because the trains were barely audible.

Lucas and Christian are amazing people who would make you love Italians just for how sweet they are. So sweet and caring and have a very beautiful nice place , clean and cosy. I am definitely coming to live at their hotel again. If there was a rating above 10, I would have given it to them. There are few people who could make you happy during a solo stressful business trip, and they did. I am lucky to have met them.

Nothing honestly

The owners were very helpful, polite and attentive to our needs. Although we used taxi as our means of transport (our choice for more convenience), I personally loved the location, because it gave me a sense of the Italian community and surroundings. The visitor also has the choice of restaurants in proximity which is a huge relief after a long, tiring day. The room was flawlessy clean - Congratulations on this! Just a request for you to consider: although the room is centrally heated, this was not enough. I realise the cost of electricity has skyrocketed. However, the remote control of the air conditioner should be available in the room for possible use by the guests.
