everything! The location was great and very close to the bus station. less than 10 minutes to city centre. The rooms were very comfortable and were cleaned every day. The beautiful garden outside was perfect for coffee time and for the kids to play around. Luca was super friendly and helpful, and gave us all the information we needed to make the most of our vacation. Every little detail was there to make sure we will have the most comfortable stay. we will definitely come again in the future. Highly recommended!

Location. The room it's fantastic, you will found here the best place for transit or for visiting the center or other cities like Venice or Firenze. The house it s beautiful and the garden it s just perfect for a morning tea or coffee. I like it very much. The owners are very helpful and will make your stay pleasant. Book and you will not regret. Nothing to complain. It was perfect

When we arrived at the building we were rather worried with the unassuming building wedged in at the end of a residential street next to the railway line. However, when the host invited us through the gate the difference was amazing. The room was really a small apartment with a kitchenette and separate bathroom & shower rooms. Outside there was lovely ornamental garden with tables and chairs. There was virtually no noise from the railway or roads. There is no food on site but breakfast is available at a lovely cafe a 5 minute walk away. The host was very helpful via expert use of Google Translate. Bologna city centre was about 20 minutes walk away with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The location was a bit far from the city centre & the No 14 bus might be a good option.

Hotel is clean and has good location with good price. Stuff is very Nice.

Bathroom is not so convenient.

A huge thanks to our lovely hosts Lucca and Christian! Not only did they provide us with amazing, comfortable end exceptionally clean accommodation, they also gave us helpful tips that made our stay in Bologna unforgettable.

Awesome stay! Room was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful. Host was very kind, he let keep our luggages so we could visit Bologna before our flight. He gave us some guidances about public transportation and local gastronomy. Hostel is located outside the historical district, but it's easy to go there by bus (you can buy tickets in hostel). Also the train station, Bologna San Vitale is 5 minutes away by foot, so you can hop into train and travel to other towns for day tour. I recommend this place, 10/10!

The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was really clean and situated in a quiet area.

The shower cubicle was in the bedroom instead of the bathroom. This was not very convenient.
