Posizione buona, abbastanza vicina al centro anche a piedi, struttura ben riscaldata, confortevole, spaziosa con zona giorno e zona notte soppalcata, personale molto presente e disponibile, disponibilità posto auto, presenza di frigobar e lavabo, bagno dalle giuste dimensioni.

Presenza di una sola piccola finestra, assenza di un armadio nella zona notte, se ci si fa la doccia nel bagno si crea un ristagno di troppa condensa nonostante la presenza di una piccolo finestrino per arieggiare.

Relativa vicinanza al centro (circa 1 km, quindi 12-13 minuti a piedi). Parcheggio privato, disponibile anche qualche ora dopo il check-out.

Camera su due piani con soppalco collegato da una scala piuttosto scomoda. Mancano alcuni accessori nel bagno che era abbastanza piccolo.

La gentilezza della sig. Anna e di sua madre.. Ci hanno accolti e dato anche delle dritte per la cena e per poter visitare Matera in modo tale da non perderci nulla. Il wifi è gratuito.... Straconsiglio la struttura.
