Cozy and clean space within a good walking distance from the old city center. The place was equiped with two conditioners, a clean eating space, small cute kitchen and a modern bathroom. In the second floor there was a good double bed.

It was self check it which was explained well. They had soap and things in the bathroom and was set up like a hotel which was cool. 15-20 min walk from main Matera but it’s a flat walk so I didn’t have a problem everyday.

Everything was cramped. The 2 chairs really don’t need to be there I think. There is no space to open luggage we had to do it on the inside balcony next to the mini fridge and that’s at the top of a step staircase. I think maybe if there was less stuff crammed in it would be more comfortable.

The location was great. The place was spotlessly clean, and it was nice to have a kettle and a fridge

It was very dark. There was limited natural light and the lights weren't very bright.

An easy walk to the old town.

Very small and cramped with some unusual unusable spaces. Good if you only want a bed and bathroom.
