The Cottage

Lovely cottage, well situated for all amenities and shopping. Very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, will definitely stay there again .

Location

No greeting. Mildew and mildew seen in bathroom. Sewage smell in bathroom

The converted building provides everything you need for a relaxed self-catering stay. Even a private patio to relax on during warmer weather (it was a heatwave when I was there and this made all the difference). The living area is comfortable and spacious, likewise the kitchen, which is fully kitted out. The bedroom was nicely made up and the bed comfortable and there were plenty of towels provided in the ensuite. Communication was clear and easy and I found the parking space very useful, as parking is very restricted in the area. It's in a lovely neighbourhood and I had a pleasant walk each morning to the course I was doing. Nearby is a Waitrose and lots of other shops, eateries etc. I could have stayed longer!

Very convenient as central Bristol with parking. Pleasant lounge area, and kitchen facilities and equipment were excellent. Well furnished and very clean. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet (we were there before students returned).

Musty smell from bathroom - not sure if drains may be a problem? This would not stop me from staying there though.

le principal atout est la situation de ce logement dans la ville de Bristol. On peut tout voir à pied, faire ses courses etc., mais aussi le stationnement gratuit en toute sécurité, à l'intérieur de la propriété. L'hôtesse est très sympathique et serviable.

Tout petit détail: la chambre est un peu étroite, mais c'est un logement idéal pour deux.

Well laid out with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. Close to the centre and Clifton Village, which both have shops and restaurants. Gated so felt very safe and secure. Very quiet and the host was very responsive. Excellent Wi-Fi and a big TV. We only stayed three nights but I would happily have stayed longer.

Slight smell of damp in the bedroom and bathroom, and the wardrobe was too short for dresses.

A real gem. Tastefully furnished, comfortable and well set out with everything you might need. Great location with secure parking. Would happily stay again.

The shower head wouldn't stay in position which made showering a little awkward. We couldn't get the main oven to work but that might have been down to us.

Sehr sauber und ruhig in guter Lage mit sicherem Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Das Bad ist unzureichend gelüftet und deshalb ein wenig mufflig. Bei schönem Wetter mit Durchlüften kein Problem.
