Very good experience here for two days.The room is big and very clean.The boss is a cute and sincere man.They are very kind and enthusiastic to us.The breakfast is rich and tasty.The hotel is near from old city and not noisy.Everything is perfect.i recommend this hotel to all the tourist.Thanks for them.

Host is incredibly kind and friendly, The hotel is warm, beautiful view with good location. Breakfast was very nice, tasty and generous. Very professional and exceed all my expectations. We will definitely come again to this hotel if we come back Bukhara.

The two brothers owners are very helpful and very proactive. Anything I need , they were open to help with a smile. One speaks English fluently so is his wife and both were very polite and made me feel at home. Actually it was Nawruz (New Year in Central Asia) and they prepared a wonderful breakfast with so much food. I could say they deserve 10 out of 10. Very professional and exceed all my expectations.

My room was on the ground floor and the window faced someone’s entrance house. There were some noise sometimes. I asked if I could change for the floor upstairs but unfortunately the hotel was full for the following days. So if it was uptairs I’d have given 10.

The owner is incredibly kind and accommodating. Even though there was a little language barrier, I felt very welcome in the Old Gate Hotel. The breakfast was freshly prepared every morning and was very delicious. The location is ideal to discover the old town of Bukhara - all the major sights are in walking distance.

There was a small issue with the lock at the door, so it took a bit of patience to lock the room. The walls seemed a little thin, so sounds from other rooms and outside could be heard. However, it did not bother me - I slept very well.

Very friendly staff. specially Matloobeh, her brother and son. They went out of their way to help us getting taxi even buying sanitizer for us when we just asked about where to buy. She even didn’t want to take the sanitizer cost. The hotel is warm and the view is very beautiful. It is like you went back in time for ancient good days. Breakfast was very nice, tasty and generous. we will definitely come again to this hotel, InshaAllah.
