Tiene alguna vista al mar

Las fotos no corresponden con el apartamento. Es un complejo de "estudios". En las fotos aparecen fotos de todos los estudios y con las mejores perspectivas, pero la realidad es que se te da un estudio muy chiquitito (una habitación con una pequeña cocina + un baño) al que le entran muchos bichos por tener a la platanera al lado. No tiene aire acondicionado, simplemente un ventilador.

The host was very welcoming and responsive via chat, which made the check-in process smooth. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an elderly lady at the doorstep who kindly showed us to our room and gave us a brief introduction. It was a warm and simple welcome that made us feel at ease right away.

Unfortunately, the room itself did not meet our expectations. It was quite dark and very humid, with a noticeable musty smell. On our last night, we even found a cockroach in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, the cleanliness did not meet our standards, and most of the furniture appeared old and heavily used.

The property is exceptional, and the hosts are very welcoming, charming and friendly! If you are looking for a spacious place with a nice view, excellent accommodation, quiet atmosphere but still very close to the heart of Funchal, this must be your choice!

There was only a small view of the ocean if you stand outside on the terrace. The hostess had a basket of Madeira bananas for us that was very nice. There were 2 beautiful cats that were always at our door sleeping and greeted us everyday.

The internet connection was very bad or not at all. The distance to the centre is quite substantial and not easy to use public transportation, so having to travel with Uber at least twice daily, makes the small break quite costly. There was nowhere to hang our wet towels except for the chair on the terrace.

The location, size of the apartment, (large) sea view from the terrace, parking.

Kitchen equipment. It was dark inside the apartman, it wasn't window.

Lovely position near banana trees

The apartment it was on ground floor with no windows, just main door. Therefore no light and umid inside. With a bit of smell of mould.
