Very good location, nice and quiet area. Room was good, value for money. We enjoyed it.

There is no reception so it was a little bit difficult to find the right property. There is no daily room cleaning so if you are staying for a little longer it is a small problem with rubbish, toilet paper etc. Be prepare for mosquitos.

Well, in my opinion the location is perfect, you can park your car in front of house or 1-2 min away.Owned by a beautiful family you got pretty much everything you need.We got a room with shower and a small kitchen,a beautiful garden with ocean view and banana trees around. Nothing luxurious but decent, we were there for the hiking and visiting the island so we didn't need more Obrigado for everything

Location is wonderful, on a cliff just outside the city overlooking Praia Formosa. The backyard is large and well endowed with luxurious vegetation, sunbeds and an open-air kitchen.

Heating and air conditioning systems were not present - not that Madeira's climate would make them necessary for more than a couple of days per year...

Communications with the staff were great, the location is good (very close to the bus stop)

It would have been the best value and great apartment if there was no smell from the bathroom. The smell from the bathroom was not something that anyone could endure. I chose this location based on good reviews, I can see why there are good reviews, but the smell in my room during those nights was impossible to ignore. It was 10 times worse than any smell I experiences from any room in the past.

WiFi quite weak. Available about 30% of the time but may be just the local internet infrastructure. A WiFi booster in the flat might help.
