"Zentrale Lage"

Zentrale Lage, aber nur zu Fuß erreichbar, in einem alten authentischen Haus.

Außer einer Hausnummer befindet sich kein Hinweis auf die Unterkunft am Gebäude und auch kein Wegweiser in der Nähe. Die Stiegen im Inneren des Gebäudes ähneln mehr Leitern, die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sparsam.

"Cozy central location"

Frano was a kind and helpful host who spoke perfect English. The space was small but cute and clean and had a refrigerator and comfortable beds. We had no problem with the stairs, but be aware that they are steep. Excellent location in the middle of Rovinj within walking distance of the bus station and anything else you would need.

Obviously a bit of ambient noise whenever the windows were open, but nothing that earplugs couldn't fix. Wifi didn't seem the greatest, but that also could have been our devices' fault - hard to tell.

"Great location but needs better facilities"

The bedroom on the topmost floor was good. The location was excellent.

The bathroom was very small and didn't have a big enough sink to fit a small bottle to fill the water bottles in. The host didn't have separate shower soap and shampoo to use. We used the hsndwash for both body and head shower. A few more facilities would make the stay more comfortable.

Apartamento en pleno centro de la ciudad. El propietario muy simpático. Escaleras para subir al apartamento un poco peligrosas. Bonitas vistas desde la ventana. Lo recomiendo.

"Cómoda"

La ubicación perfecta y la habitación tiene lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y tranquila. El propietario atiende enseguida tus necesidades y es súper amable

No hay ascensor en el establecimiento, si tienes dificultades de movilidad no es recomendable. La Old Town no pueden pasar los coches y el parking que hay es extremadamente caro.

"Emplacement ideal pour visiter Rovinj et tres bon locaux"

La localisation du logement est parfaite pour visiter le centre de Rovinj. Frano a été tres accueillant et le la chambre ideal pour nos besoins, tres propre. Clim dans la chambre ce qui a été super pour cet été 2024 sous la chaleur.

Pas de parking, cependant impossible d'ameliorer ca car la situation de la ville de Rovinj ne le permet pas.
