La ubicación era genial, en el centro antiguo de la ciudad. El departamento es un edificio antiguo medianamente reciclado en las habitaciones, está bien cuidado, prolijo y limpio pero le faltaban muchas cosas.

Las escaleras, 2 pisos, super empinada y angosta , pero el sr. encargado nos ayudó a subir las maletas. Creo que la mayoría de los departamentos de esa zona la tienen. No tienen secador de cabello. Solo nos dieron dos toallones. No tiene tv. Tampoco un hervidor de agua. Si heladera

Everything. The host was very nice, giving me the room with the best view on the street. He made sure I was comfortable and that everything was to my liking. The room was big and had everything you need. It also has air conditioner, which wasn't needed as there are two big windows to cool the room. Location is topnotch, close to various restaurants and a delicious ice cream shop just 50 m down the alley. The price per night is unbeatable given all the aforementioned qualities the accommodation offers. I would 100% recommend it! (Be aware there are no elevator, so you have to use the stairs which can be a little bit cramped).

Lo mejor la atención de nuestro anfitrión, una persona encantadora. La ubicación es excelente, la casa está en el centro de Rovinj, pero a pesar de eso se puede descansar bien y no hay mucho ruido. La habitación era espaciosa, estaba muy limpia, las camas eran comodísimas y tenía vistas a una calle superpintoresca. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Lo único "malo" quizá serían las escaleras. Para nosotros no fue un problema, pero es algo a tener en cuenta si tienes movilidad reducida o si viajas con personas mayores. Por lo demás, lo único malo fue no tener más días para pasar en Rovinj.

Amazingly welcoming owner. Gave us a free mineral water. Allowed us to borrow the kitchen and we watched UCL semi final together. The room was clean and comfortable to stay. It's a beautiful place to rest. And amazingly they have very fast speed wifi.

"Small cosy bedroom under the roof"

The location is perfect. The price is reasonable. The room is cosy. The host is reactive.

The ground is dusty. It's not well sound proofed, we could hear everything in the street (dog barking in the night, even small chats and laughter) and the pigeons on the roof. Since it's a small bedroom, the fridge is close to the bed and make a loud noise when turned on. A microwave could be a nice addition.
