Excellent staff and view from inside 👏🏻

Nothing to like at all.

-my luggage was shifted into another room without my permission when I went outside. No courtesy call was made before touching my stuff. -no silence in the premises; there’s always noise; no regard for customers. -rooms smell like whiskey, especially the beds, duvets and pillows. -ventilation is very poor; rooms are dark and smelly. -food is not available; bookings show “breakfast included” but no such service. -taps and lavatory seats are broken. -nobody at the reception anytime. -irresponsible staff, never picks the phone up; strangely customers have to keep contacting the staff instead of other way round. -property does not look like anything shown in the pictures.

The location is really Convenient. The rooms are pretty good and comfortable. The owner is helpful and welcoming.

The only problem is lack of staff. Most of the time nobody is available at the reception. but whenever i called the manager he would come and help.

Everything is good ,staff, Location, facilities,clean room.

Just cost of room of this size should be little less,I was staying just opposite hotel bigger room , mountains view half of the price .
