Our stay was nothing short of perfect, largely due to the extraordinary efforts and dedication of Ricardo, who always ensured our needs were met and went out of his way to make sure we have the most pleasant stay possible. The place was absolutely spotless & pristine, making us feel incredibly comfortable and at home. The pool was a fantastic addition, offering a refreshing escape on a hot day. We also enjoy our evenings spent in the very well taken care of garden, with fireflies here and there which made the evenings even more enchanting. We wholehartedly recommend Ricardo's place for anyone seeking a stay where every detail is cared for, with a host who is genuinely invested in your comfort. We will definitely be back!

A place that is all paradise. The owner, Ricardo, welcomed us with excellent glasses of wine and everything was just perfect The beds are comfortable, the room is equipped with everything you need. The room and the whole place are clean and polished with the best level of maintenance you could ask for. The garden is one of the most beautiful and well-kept I have ever seen. Simply perfect!!! A huge thank to Ricardo who goes above and beyond to make your vacation perfect. He runs the place in the most service-oriented way imaginable. Even though there was a problem with the hot water on the first evening, Ricardo was immediately available and fixed the issue. A perfect place for a trip to the Sintra area, Cabo da Roca, etc. We highly recommend this piece of paradise. And we hope to return as soon as possible!

The only thing is the breakfast which is a bit limited, although it is served in stunning dishes, and everything is very tasty and good.

Hard to know where to start we have traveled widely across the world and this is the best bed and breakfast accommodation we have ever stayed in. It is immaculate, the attention to detail is mind blowing and Ricardo literally could not do more for you, from welcome drinks to little night caps with chocolates at bed time to bottles of water on departure all these little things are not necessary but make for a first class experience. We can’t forget to include Brenda to his wonderful dog who has to be the calmest most well behaved dog we have ever met. The koi fish pond is amazing and the swimming pool is fantastic. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something a little bit special and lot relaxing thank you for looking after us so well we hope to be back

Just got back home yesterday from the all too short one night stay. Where to start - from the warm welcome by Ricardo; to the glasses of Mateus Rosé sitting on the patio underneath the beautiful tiled roof overhang looking out over the pool( marvelous to swim in); the tour of the extensive and stunning gardens; the friendly tour of the large quarters( living room and dining area for quests) and the bedroom overlooking the gardens to the perfect breakfast the stay was superb!! The location just outside of Lisbon was great for the mornings ride to the airport. But it is far enough away from highways and Lisbon that it was a quiet oasis. Ricardo seemed to anticipate any need we might have had.

The place is absolutely magical, surrounded by nature, and the host Ricardo is extremely kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a magnificent experience. I loved my welcome drink (with a beautiful Portuguese wine), and my special breakfast, with super sweet fruits, honey, croissants, all amazing. Could not recommend this place more.

A hidden gem in an amazing garden just outside Lisbon. Peaceful and tranquil. The owner is beyond helpful and service oriented. The food is great, the room is beautiful and the ambiance is fantastic.
