Absolutely exceptional! Ricardo is so welcoming and accommodating! Beautiful modern house, lovely garden, delicious breakfast. We were also glad to meet beautiful and sweet Weimaraner Brenda☺️

Everything! Ricardo was very sweet with us, very welcoming, as we arrived introduced us to the property and also to Brenda, his dog - a cutie pie! The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a lot of variety. Definitely going back again!

The property was gorgeous. Ricardo was such a gracious, kind and welcoming host. Absolutely loved my time there and was sad to leave.

Everything was perfect, Riccardo was the best host and did everything to make us feel comfortable. Amazing breakfast, great recommendations, and personal touches that made the stay very special. All of the reviews are indeed correct and I would recommend anyone staying in the area with a car to book here.

You might be reading this and thinking - 10/10, too good to be true right? Maybe there is a catch? There isn't one. It is just that good. If there is availability on your dates stop wasting time looking and just book this now. For the price of a hotel on the coast you get a whole guest house with a maximum of 4 guests at any given time, your own pool and a wonderful garden. In our case there was no other booking for most of the time we stayed, so we had the entire property to ourselves. It is nice and quiet, everything is well insulated against sound as well. The water pressure is great, the hot water never runs out, the place is spotlessly clean etc. The place is great regardless if you just want to chill by the pool or use it as a base to explore Sintra, Queluz and Lisbon. It is situated right in the middle of the former three placing most of the sightseeing just a short trip away. The host (Ricardo) deserves a special mention - he caters to your every whim. Because he is completely dedicated to making your stay enjoyable there are often little things he notices and does before you even have to ask. Nothing beats personal service: attention to detail immeasurably better than any large hotel, while the quality of the facilities exceeds most of them by far. He pours his heart and soul into this and it shows - every little detail is just right.

The bed mattress probably could be renewed at some point, as there is a some wear on it, however it did not detract from the sleep quality for us at all. You are required to have a car to stay at the property.
