The hostess was incredible. She went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

The wi-fi would not reach at the top floor and even though we had a smart tv, we needed to rely on our mobile data.

Room was 9m2, not 20m2! Not even legal maybe. Doors are not isolating sounds. Early wake up from breakfast preparation and other guests. Toilette leaking water. Shower not properly fixed. Not so close to center as imagined. Breakfast limited to host selection.Yoghurts staying out of fridge for 3 hours.

This is a great place to stay. Very clean with a lot of attention to detail. Anna was a great hostess. The breakfasts were different every day and very elaborate. The rooms are very tidy and comfortable. We would stay here again.

For me too much sweet case for breakfast but it is Sicily.

The room is clean. The bed is a bit soft but still comfortable and the pillows are very good. The bathroom is small but offers what is needed (above all a shower). There is free (filtered) water, coffee, tea, and a limited breakfast with local pastries. The owner is super friendly and very helpful!

The only thing missing for me would be a desk in the room, which could be used for a laptop. But there are tables in the common area that can be used. Departing on a Saturday at 7:30, there is no option to have breakfast, which is okay, but not ideal. Overall, it would be nice to have a healthy alternative for breakfast, such as oatmeal or full-grain bread. I would have been happy to pay extra for that.

The place is excellent for 2-3 nights, very close.to "Benedictine Monastery of San Nicolò l'Arena" (literally 3 min. of walking) and most of the city center attractions. We really liked that the breakfast area sink is equipped with a water filter. Very useful and helpful to hydrate yourself before exploring the city during the hot days of August. Also, the host is friendly and supportive. The Wifi was good. There are some corner shops nearby. Not to mention the multitude of places to eat in the neighborhood easily reachable by foot.

Room was tiny. Shower head kept falling down and had little water pressure. The shower didn’t was drain well and water pooled around. Toilet was really noisy with water refilling. Wi-Fi only worked intermittent

Everything was wonderful. Lovely hostess, big room, big bathroom, lovely breakfast. Everything has been thought of in this place, in the smallest detail. There was even a table for counting water to drink. Ana is just wonderful. Ana my heartfelt thanks for everything.
