Location is good

No lift i got to carry bags all the way up to fourth floor Very small room, blanket is from mediaeval time and dirty. Shower ver tight and old Vanity too small No rubbish bin inside the room Door isn't secure Shower windows broken and they put plastic to cover no glass there Price overcharged for such shitty place Ver disappointed they mentioned 4 stars just a lie it is not even 2 stars

The AC and room did not require a keycard to use the room. The bed was firm and comfortable, the bedding looked clean and new. There was enough space for 1 person comfortably. Location was great, two blocks from plaza blok m, and other restaurants, and centers e.g. pasaraya.

There was a dripping leak in the bathroom from the unit above, the bathroom had a small window sized opening to the corridor that wasn't closed by a glass window, but instead open air and metal bars.. this allowed a few mosquitos to come in (maybe this was for bathroom ventilation).

The location is very convenient, close to Blok M MRT Station, Block M Plaza and multiple restaurants and coffee shops. The room was clean and had the basic necessities, including plenty of hot water, a small fridge and an a/c that works well.

The facilities available in the building are extremely basic and do not correspond to the description on Booking.com's website/app. For example: "each room includes a balcony with city or quiet street views." There was no balcony and no view except for a tiny window overlooking a service area used for hanging clothes. The description refers to a "modern, family-friendly restaurant", a "coffee shop" and a "shared kitchen". None of these exist. There is no food or drink of any description available on site, other than a small fridge in the garage from which you can buy cold water and soft drinks. There are no staff available other than the guard and a cleaner.

Staff are awesome, and rooms are small but stylish. Air-conditioning is good, the beds are super comfortable and the shower is hot.. the place is great! They let me store my luggage for a couple of hours, and the security was super kind. Lifting for me etc. It's a good choice

It seems a few long-term residents are using the hallways as an extension of their home. The halls were full of people's clutter, like shoes and boxes and rubbish. Also, a group of guys were frequently hanging out at the end of the hallway, and in the morning, you can hear other people using the toilet. It felt as if there is no soundproofing. Otherwise, I felt quite safe.
